摘要
首先构建了一套评价R＆D资源配置效率的指标体系，同时围绕该指标体系运用DEA分析法对河北省R＆D资源配置的效率进行了评价。结果显示：河北省R＆D资源配置的总体效率较差；各地区R＆D资源配置效率的差异明显。最后，针对R＆D相对无效的地区给出相应的调整对策。
The article first constructed a set of evaluation indicators of R＆D resource allocation efficiency.Then analyses the regional differences of Hebei＇s R＆D resources allocation by DEA method around the index system. The results showed： the overall efficiency of R＆D resource allocation is poor in Hebei Province; regional R＆D resource allocation efficiency differences are significant. Finally, give the appropriate adjustment measures to R＆D relatively ineffective region.
