An Analysis of Air Gap Fringing Loss Field and Winding Structure for Power Electronics High-Frequency Planar Inductors

摘要 通过电磁场有限元数值分析对电力电子高频平面化电感器的气隙扩散磁通损耗作了深入研究 .提出了绕组“避让”区域的概念 ,以降低平面化电感器的气隙扩散磁通损耗 .并提出了方便、合理地确定“避让”区域的设计原则 .据此设计原则 ,提出了“阶梯状”平面绕组结构 ,并具体应用于 6 The air gap fringing eddy current losses of low\|profile high\|frequency inductors with multi\|layer flex circuit (MFC) winding are examined by FEA, The concept of a flux “keep\|away” region near the air gap is proposed for the fringing loss reduction in planar winding design. A fairly convenient method to determine the “keep\|away” region is also proposed. A tapered planar winding structure is designed for a 60 W power converter by the use of “keep\|away” region.
