紫杉醇对卵巢癌和乳腺癌有良好的疗效 ,但它不溶于水 ,使临床应用很不方便 .用水解的牛血清白蛋白修饰紫杉醇 。

Taxol is a product isolated from the Pacitic yew tree and is a potent microtubulestablizing agent which has been approved for treatment of otherwise intractable ovarian cancer and beast cancer. Despite taxol's therapeutic promise, its aqueous insolubility hampers its clinical application. Here we report the modification of taxol with hydrolytic BSA which can improve taxol's solubility.
