摘要
以硫酸为磺化剂 ,将聚芳醚酮酮进行磺化制得了磺化聚芳醚酮酮 (S PEKK) .探讨了硫酸浓度、反应温度等因素对聚芳醚酮酮磺化度的影响 ,并用红外光谱、X 射线衍射、DSC对磺化聚芳醚酮酮进行了表征 ,同时考察了磺化聚芳醚酮酮在乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯合成中的催化活性 .结果表明 ,S PEKK具有催化活性好、可循环使用等特点 .
The sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone ketone(S PEKK) with various sulfonation degree was prepared by reaction of PEKK with sulfuric acid as sulfonating agent and solvent.The effect of concentration of sulfonic acid and reaction temperature on sulfonating degree ware investigated.S PEKK was characterized by IR,DSC and X ray diffraction,and that S PEKK used as catalyst for the syntheses of ethyl acetate and n butyl acetate was investigated.The results show that S PEKK exhibited good catalytic activity and could be used repeatedly.
