摘要
介绍了冷挤压工艺规划知识基系统功能的设计.系统采用特征建模建立产品模型;在工艺规划时,将工艺设计分为初始方案设计和详细修正设计过程,而且修正设计从生产成本和模具寿命的角度出发,采用分和合的方法来达到系统的工艺详细设计;工艺优化采用相对成本和CAE相结合的方法以获取成本和质量均优的工艺方案.
This paper introduced the knowledge based system framework of multistage cold extrusion process planning. It mainly discussed the method to build the part model and to realize feasibility checking, process planning and evaluation, process optimization and system integration, which is the foundation to build the feature oriented integrated CAD/CAPP/CAE knowledge based system for multistage cold extrusion of solid and hollow parts. According to the given input data, the system can generate the forgeable geometry and the basic process design and evaluates the sequences, depending on the initial billet size and material or the evaluation knowledege in the knowledge base. In addition, it can provide a flexible redesigning process based on either the reduction in the number of forming sequences by combining the possible two processes in sequence, or the reduction of deviation of the distribution and the level of the required forming loads by controlling the forming ratios. Meanwhile, the sequences are optimized by utilizing relative cost estimating and FEM simulation in the system, through which the best sequence can be got by balancing the cost and quality of the products.
