摘要
在深入分析一种具体的五坐标虚拟轴数控机床的串并联混合结构的基础上 ,阐明了 CNC系统软件中机床运动控制的基本原理 ,并给出了相应的运动控制算法 ,推导出了实轴实际运动的位置公式 .根据该算法编制的数控软件已成功应用于实际的虚拟轴机床 .
A kind of parallel and serial mechanism of NC machine tools with virtual five axis is studied. The principle of motion control for CNC machine tools system software is analyzed in detail, and an algorithm for motion control is set up. The algorithm of realistic axis is deduced. The practical NC system software based on this algorithm has been applied to virtual five axis NC machine tools.
