摘要
基于产品零部件之间的连接关系 ,建立了产品拆卸逻辑网络图表示模型 ,引入了实现最优拆卸的评价准则及相关的最大回收收益计算方法 ,提出了实现产品最大回收收益的最优拆卸路径生成算法 。
Based on the connection and the structure level of product's parts, a model of products disassembly logical net diagram is established. From the point of view of products life cycle, the level recycling method and computation of maximum profit of products are studied. An arithmetic of searching multiple disassembly of a goal node is brought forward and its converse cut arithmetic to compute its profit. The optimum model of disassembly in the process of products recycling is set. The drive bridge is taken as an example to examine the correctness of the theory.
