摘要
目前国内现代远程教育需求升温 .本课题对符合国情的现代远程教育建设的发展模式进行了研究 ,并通过参与欧盟第五框架合作计划 ,利用欧盟的援助 ,实现跨国及国内三大直辖市的网上大学的建设 .
Facing to the domestic rising demand of Distance Learning,the Distance Learning developing ways suitable to the existing domestic education are studied among our study tasks.Through participat;on of EU Fifth Science Framework Program to profit the EU technical and financial aids to realize the Online Campus Construction linking three Chinese metropolis and also accessing to EU Universities'Network.
