Clinical diagnosis and treatment of diffuse axonal injury

目的:探讨弥漫性轴索损伤的救治经验。方法:回顾分析74例弥漫轴索损伤患者的临床资料。结果:74例患者中,恢复良好22例,重残12例,死亡34例,植物生存状态6例。结论:脑弥漫性轴索损伤的死亡率高,早期诊断治疗是抢救成功的关键。

Objective To investigate the treatment of diffuse axonal injury experience. Method Retrospective analysis of our depart ment from 2004 to 2011,74 cases of diffuse axonal injury in patients with clinical data. Results Of 74 patients,22 patients were with good recovery, 12 eases were severe disability,34 cases were of death, 6 eases were in vegetative state. Conclusion Diffuse axonal injury is in high mortality, early diagnosis and treatment is the key to successful treatment.
