螺旋霉素联合替硝唑局部应用治疗慢性牙周炎的临床研究

The Clinical research of local application of Spiramycin combined with tinidazole in treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的:探讨螺旋霉素联合替硝唑局部应用治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法:将64例慢性牙周炎患者分为试验组和对照组各34例,试验组采用螺旋霉素与替硝唑局部治疗,对照组采用局部使用替硝唑治疗。结果:治疗第10天,试验组与对照组的龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度分别为(3.36±0.60)、(1.31±0.29)、(1.43±0.54)、(5.27±0.81)mm和(3.71±0.50)、(1.55±0.42)、(1.80±0.19)、(6.23±0.31)mm,经统计检验两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第20天测量SBI、GI、PLI、牙周袋探诊深度,试验组分别为(1.57±0.69)、(1.04±0.38)、(1.09±0.47)、(2.28±0.18)mm,对照组分别为(1.69±0.73)、(1.31±0.62)、(1.51±0.61)、(4.21±0.34)mm,经统计检验两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替硝唑与螺旋霉素联合局部应用比单独应用螺旋霉素治疗慢性牙周炎效果好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of local application of Spiramycin combined with tinidazole in treatment of chronic periodontitis. Method 64 cases of chronic periodontitis patients were divided into test group and control group,The test group,34 eases,was dealed with the local treatment of spiramycin and Tinidazole; The control group,34 cases, was dealed with the local treatment of Tinidazole; Results Treatment for ten days, the gingival sulcus bleeding index,the gingival index,the plaque index and the probing depth in test group and control group were （3.36 ±0. 60） ,（ 1.31 ±0. 29） .（1.43 ±0. 54） ,（5.27 ±0. 81 ）ram and （3.71 ±0. 50） ,（1.55 ±0. 42） ,（1.80 ± 0. 19）.（6. 23 ± 0. 31 ）mm respeituvely. The statistical test of two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Treatment for twenty days,measured the gingival suleus bleeding index, the gingival index, the plaque index and the probing depth, test group were （L57 ± 0.69） ,（1.04 ±0. 38）,（1.09±0.47） ,（ 2.28 ±0. 18） mm, control group were （1.69±0.73） ,（1.31 ±0.62）,（1.51 ±0.61）,（＇4.21 ± 0. 34） ram,The statistical test of two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion local application of Spiramyein combined with tinidazole was better than the single application of spiramycin in treatment of chronic periodontitis
