Clinical effect of inverse method of upper anterior teeth movable bridge

目的:观察深覆颌深覆盖患者上前牙缺失活动桥反做法的临床疗效。方法:口腔门诊选择上前牙缺失,深覆颌深覆盖患者11例,活动桥胶托修复,因颌间距离小,通常放于腭侧的基托改放在唇侧,观察患者修复后使用效果。结果:修复后3个月、1年,随访观察患者在功能和美观的使用满意度。结论:上前牙缺失活动桥修复反做法,患者临床使用效果满意。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of deep overbite and overjet in patients with upper anterior teeth loss bridge the method. Method Dental el/nit selection of upper anterior teeth loss, deep overbite and overjet cases were 11 eases, bridge repair, because the was usually in palatal denture base change on the labial side intermaxillary distance was small and observed the effect of patients after repair. Results 3 months, 1 year after repair, the functional and esthetic satisfaction of patients were followed up. Conclusion Anterior tooth loss bridge repair get clinically satisfactory results to the patients.
