摘要
报道了福州内河 6个采样点一周年轮虫的种类组成及数量变动 .共采获轮虫 1 1 5种 ,隶属于 1 2科3 9属 .各采样点的轮虫种类数在 3 6~ 93种间 ,年平均数量为 2 58~ 3 684个 /L.各点轮虫的共有种为 2 2种 ,数量优势种 6种即 :针簇多肢轮虫、长三肢轮虫、角突臂尾轮虫、萼花臂尾轮虫、暗小异尾轮虫和椎尾水轮虫 .尝试用三个生物学指标即 :Q值、生物多样性指数和优势种指示生物评价内河污染状况 .从轮虫生物学角度评价 ,福州内河的水质处于 β~ α中污型阶段 .
The present paper dealed with the species composition and annual changes of rotifers from 6 sampling stations in the Fuzhou Inland River.115 species were identified, belonging to 12 families and 39 genera.Species number and annual average quantity of rotifers in each sampling station were 36~39 speies and 258~3684 Ind/L respectly.There were 22 common species.Dominant species were Polyarthra trigla,Filinia longiseta,Branchionus angularis, B. calyciflorus, Trichocerca pusilla and Epiphanes senta. Water quality was evaluated with three biological standards (Q B/T,Shannon—Weiner diversity index and indicator organisms of dominant species).The Fuzhou Inland River was considered as β~α mesosaprobic type on the whole according to the biological assessment.
