摘要
对三种木麻黄进行水分干旱胁迫处理 .结果表明 ,水分胁迫使木麻黄小枝的相对含水量 RWC和叶水势 ΨT下降 .木麻黄小枝的 O-2 产生速率随水分胁迫处理强度加大而增加 .MDA含量的变化趋势与 O-2产生速率的变化趋势相似 ,SOD、POD和 CAT的活性水平也与 O-2 的变化相一致 ,说明木麻黄小枝的水分胁迫损伤 ,是由 O-2 引发的膜脂过氧化 ,致使 MDA含量增加 ,破坏了细胞膜系统所致 .综合结果表明 ,普通木麻黄具有较强的抗旱能力 .
In this paper the twigs of three Casuarina. species seedlings were treated with different water stress to study on the mechanism of cell injury. The results showed that the relative water content and water potential decreased with the increase in water stress. The generation rate of superoxide free radical increased with the increase in water stress. In certain range of stress strength, the activity levels of SOD, POD and CAT corresponded to the change in O - 2. The conclusion obtained from this study may be that the cell damage of twigs in water stress is caused by membrane lipid peroxidation firstly,meanwhile increase in MDA content,and cytoplasmic system destruction,The results of the research suggest that Casuarina equisetifolia is stranger drought resistance than other Casuarina.species.
