利用植物生长调节剂提高绿色巴夫藻(Povlova viridis Tseng)生长速率的研究

Study on Advancing the Growth Rate of Pavlova viridis Tseng with Plant Hormone

采用 6种植物生长调节剂 ,以不同浓度作用于绿色巴夫藻 ,结果表明 ,TA、 6-BA、IBA、 2 ,4 -D对藻细胞的增殖和生长起促进作用 ,其中 TA ( 0 .1× 1 0 -6ml)作用下 ,藻株的 K 、细胞数、生物量分别提高了 5.2 %、 1 4 .0 %和 1 1 .1 %.

In order to advance the growth rate of Pavlove viridis Tseng.The plant growth hormone TA、IAA、IBA、2,4 D、GA was used.As resulted,TA、BA、IBA and 2,4 D advanced the mutiplication and growth of algar cell,but TA(0 1×10 -6) is best.With TA(0 1×10 -6),algars K, cell number and biomass were increased 5 2%、14 0%、11 1%.
