摘要 文中探讨了热等离子体技术用于秸秆资源化的可行性,介绍了热等离子体固废处理工艺流程、热等离子体基本原理、热等离子体秸秆处理的玻璃化和气化过程,同时分析了热等离子体处理技术用于秸秆资源化的优劣势,提出由于资源化率高、处理能力强、气化效果好、综合利用性好,此技术很适合用于秸秆的资源化处理,但能耗和原料收集问题也阻碍了其实用化;随着社会和科技的发展,热等离子体处理技术应具有越来越好的应用前景。 The paper explored the feasibility of thermal plasma technology in straw utilization, and introduced the technical procedures, basic principles, vitrification and gasification process of solid wastes treatment by thermal plasma. Meanwhile, both the advantages and disadvantages of the thermal plasma technology in the resourceful utilization of straws were analyzed. It was found out that the technology was very suitable for straw utilization due to its high utilization rate ,strong treatment capacity ,good gasification effects and comprehensive utilization. But the practicability of this technology was greatly limited by its problems in energy consumption and resources collection. With social and scientific development, the thermal plasma technology will have broader and broader application prospect.
