The paper exposed the background of livestock and poultry rasing standards, the relationships between rasing standards and raising practice as well as the design methods of feeds, and then evaluated the qualifications of formula designers. The study provided theoretical and practical support for the teaching practice and technical training of the animal husbandry specialty and laid foundation for the construction of ex- qusist course.
