基于第二次土地调查的县级土地合理利用研究——以吉林省扶余县为例

Study on the Reasonable Land Use in Fuyu County Based on the Second Land Survey

根据2008年扶余县完成的第二次土地调查数据成果,对扶余县土地利用结构、数量及分布进行统计,结合当地实际发展情况,发现当地土地利用结构地域差异明显、土地产出水平相对较低、城镇村及工矿用地比重偏低、林地比重较高、建制镇面积增加较多等特点,继而针对其土地利用中存在的主要问题,提出了扶余县未来土地发展趋势及合理利用土地的战略措施。

According to the second land survey data of Fuyu County in 2008, its land use structure, quantity and distribution were statistically analzyed. According to the development status of Fuyu County, it was found out that the land use structure was characterized by obvious regional difference, the land output level was low, the area proportion of cities, towns, villages, industry and mines was not high, the proportion of forest land was high, and the area of organic towns increased. Then in order to solve these problems, the land development trend and the strategic measures for the reasonable utilization of lands were proposed.
