摘要 在建立农业科技成果绩效评价指标体系的基础上,从科研效益、科研水平和科研投入等方面选择了评价分析的10项特征指标,通过计算信息熵确定各评价指标的权重,建立了基于熵权的TOPSIS农业科技成果综合评价模型,利用最优解的欧氏距离判别科研成果等级。应用该模型对某市农业科技成果的绩效评估,结果表明该模型计算简便、客观可靠,为农业科研成果的评定提供了科学依据。 Based on the establishment of the performance evaluation index system of agricultural sel-teeh achievements,ten characteristic indices were selected from the benefits,level and investment of scientific research,the weight of each index was determined according to the value of co- mentropy, and then a TOPSIS model was established for evaluating the agricultural sei-tech achievements, the grade of scientific research was de- termined by solving the Euclidean approach degree of the evaluation program. The method is applied to an example for agricultural scientific a- chievements,the result is reasonable, and the calculation is simple, which provides the basis for relevant departments to evaluate scientific a- chievements.
