The paper analyzed the practical predicament of public participation in the construction of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone, then ex- pounded the particularity of public participation, and finally proposed the measures to improve the public participation, aiming to let the partici- pants play a greater role in the construction of Poyang Lake Eco-economie Zone.
