基于SuperMapIS.NET的地价动态监测系统及其WEB服务平台开发

Development of the SuperMapIS. NET-based Dynamic Land Price Monitoring System and Its Web Service Platform

从分析现有地价监测系统中存在的问题出发,提出基于SuperMapIS.NET进行地价动态监测系统及其WEB服务平台的设计与开发的原则、系统的功能设计、数据处理流程设计、数据组织结构设计,利用建立的地价监测系统对徐州市2011年第3季度的地价进行动态监测与基准地价更新工作,结果表明该系统可靠、稳定、适应性较强。

According to the existing problems in present land price monitoring system, a SuperMapIS. NET-based dynamic land price monitoring system and its web service platform were proposed, their development principles, functions, data processing process and data structure were ana- lyzed. And then the new monitoring system was adopted to monitor the land price and update the base land price of Xuzhou in the third quarter of 2011, the results proved the reliability, stability and strong adaption of this system.
