摘要
自1980年9月至1983年5月用微波加热合并放射治疗头面浅部肿瘤24例。多数为晚期病例,其中11例获得长期治愈(健在38~81个月)。放疗采用深部X-Ray、^(60)Co及10Mev电子束,每周4~5次,每次2~2.5Gy,总量40~50Gy8例,36、60、91Gy分别各1例。加热用2450及915MHZ,每周2次,每次40分钟,控制瘤内温度在41~44℃,共加热8~13次。本文对11例治愈病例作一分析。证明高温与放疗合并确有明显临床效果,本组多数在放射量偏低的情况下得到治愈,显示高温大有裨益。
From September 1980 to May 1983, 24 patients with malignant tumors of head and face were treated by hyperthermia in combination with radiotherapy. The majority of these patients were afflicted with advanced diseaes. Among them 11 patients achieved a long term cure (living and well for 38-81 months). Radiotherapy consisted of deep X-ray, ^(60)Co and 10 MeV β-beam at a dosage of 2-2.5 GY, 4-5 sessions every week, reaching a total dose of 40-50 GY in 8 patients and 36, 60 and 91 GY for the other 3 patients respectively. Hyperthermia was performed with microwave (2450 and 915 MHZ), twice a week, 40 minutes for one treatment with intratumoral temperature maintained at 41-44℃. In a whole treatment course, 8-13 heating treatments were given to every individual patients. Particular informations of 11 cases apparently cured were given in detail. The data showed that the combined therapy of hyperthermia and irradiation provided the wonderful results in patients with advanced cancer, and that hyperthermia played an important role in this combined therapy as most of the patients were cured with lower dosage of radiotherapy than conventional radiotherapy without heat.
