发现赤麂Y2染色体的长臂在形态和结构上存在多态 ,根据这种多态性结合赤麂的SC特征 ,从细胞学水平进一步推断赤麂的性别决定相关区域位于染色体Y2 p或Y2

Based on the polymorphism of chromosome Y2q of M.m.vaginalis observed in present study and SC characters previously reported, it was inferred that sex determining related region is located at the chromosome Y2p or the area in the vicinity of kinetochore of Y2q.
