摘要
运动员的心理素质是影响投篮命中率的重要因素之一．笔者从投篮过程中对运动员的感知觉特点、反馈能力、情绪、个性心理特征等心理因素进行了分析，并提出加强投篮心理训练是提高投篮命中率的重要因素。
The psychological quality of players is one of the most important factors that influence the shot percentage of hits. The essay analyses the psychological factors of sense perception characteristics, feed back ability, spirits and specific character quality in shot of players, and proposes some suggestions of psy chological training of shot.
