摘要 通信辐射源载波特征是基于通信辐射源射频信号由参考时钟合成这一事实,体现了来自不同发射机频率源的细微差异,但由于频率源稳定度较高,不同个体间的载波特征差别较小,常规方法例如瞬时测频、频谱分析测量精度难以满足要求。本文分析了载波特征的产生机理,并针对常规方法难以精确测量载波频率的情况,提出了两种频率稳定度的提取方法,在理论分析的基础上,进行了仿真实验,比较精确获取了载频波动信息。结果表明,载波特征可用于通信辐射源个体识别。 The carrier characteristics of communications emitter that reflect the subtle error of the different frequency sources is based on the fact that radiofrequency signal synthesized by the reference clock of the communication radiation source. Because that the frequency stability if radio transmitter is high, the error of the carrier characteristics is very small, and the accuracy of traditional approaches such as instantaneous frequency measurement and spectrum analysis is difficult to meet the requirements, the paper analyzes the mechanism of carrier characteristics, in consideration of that conventional methods is difficult to accurately measure the carrier frequency, two approaches which can extract the stability of carrier frequency precisely are put forward and on the basis of analyzing principles of these methods, precise information of the carrier frequency fluctuation get by simulation experiments. The results show that the carrier characteristics is effective in individual identification of the communication radiation sources.
