摘要
间苯二甲胺(MXDA)生产工艺有釜式间歇加氢和固定床连续加氢两种,由于连续加氢工艺在产品收率、加氢成本和产品质量方面优势明显,成为MXDA生产的主流技术。文章对MXDA生产所使用的催化剂和工艺进行了综述,对MXDA的主要用途进行了介绍,对我国MXDA生产提出了建议。
There are mainly two production processes of MXDA: hydrogenation on batch reactor and fixed bed continuous hydrogenation process, and the latter was the mainstream technology due to its obvious superiority at product yield,cost of hydrogenation and product quality. The catalysts and processes for production of MXDA were summarized, its main application fields were introduced, and suggestions were raised on development of MXDA production in China.
