表征聚酯切片阻燃性能的氧指数法研究

摘要 讨论了基础样品预处理、试样尺寸和试样条燃烧长度对氧指数表征的影响。结果表明,基础样品经预处理后,采用熔体流动速率仪制备的直径1.4 mm及以下且燃烧长度为30 mm的试样条,能够满足氧指数法聚酯切片阻燃性能表征要求。 The effects of pretreatment of basic sample, sample size and combustion length of sample strips on the characterization of oxygen index were discussed. The experimental result showed that after pretreatment, sample strips with diameter of 1.4 mm or shorter and combustion length of 30 mm which were prepared with melt flow rate instrument could meet the characterization requirements of flame - retardant performance of polyester chips with oxygen index method.
