摘要
热集成技术利用烃类介质的沸点及凝固点随着压力变化而变化的特性,通过改变各精馏塔的操作压力和温度,使各精馏塔塔顶和塔底热源得到二次利用。文章介绍了热集成节能技术在600 kt/a芳烃联合装置上的应用,指出了操作过程中需要注意的若干问题。
The heat integration technology realized reutilization of heat in bottom and top of rectifying tower through changing of operation pressure and temperature of each rectifying tower by using the characteristics of hydrocarbon medium which boiling point and freezing point vary with pressure changes. The application of heat integration energy - saving technology in 600 kt/a aromatics united plant of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited was introduced, and the problems deserves attention in operation were pointed out.
