摘要
介绍了"双塔双阀"ACCS控制系统在中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司600 kt/a芳烃联合装置吸附分离装置中的应用情况。对ACCS控制系统使用前后的工艺状况进行了对比,认为ACCS控制系统具有保持工艺条件改变期间流量稳定、提高流量控制精度和减少流量调整响应时间等特点,对确保吸附塔的稳定运行起到了较好的作用。
The application of ACCS control system of " twin towers separation unit of 600 kt/a aromatics united plant of SINOPEC and dual valve" program in the adsorption Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited was introduced. Based on comparison of process conditions before and after using of ACCS control system, this paper concluded that ACCS control system could reduce response time of flow adjustment during important role for ensuring stable operation of the maintain stable flow, improve accuracy of flow control and the process conditions changing period, which played an adsorption tower.
