摘要
用有限元法对石油化工生产中 70 0t级反应器吊装用新型单门式桅杆横梁吊装设备进行强度、刚度计算分析 ,并依据计算结论 ,对吊装设备的结构进行加强和优化。计算结果及实践证明 ,该新型单门式桅杆横梁吊装设备的结构设计合理 ,力学性能好 ,强度。
In this article,the strength and stiffness of a new mono-gantry lifting equipment for the hoisting of 700t class reactor used in petrochemical production is calculated and analysed using finite element method.The equipment features one cross beam and two derrick masts.According to the results,some improvements are made to the structure of the lifting equipment.This new equipment has the following advantages which have been proven by the calculation results and actual applications:rational structural design;good mechanics performance;and enough strength and stiffness to meet specific requirements.
