大骨节病的短串联重复序列和单核苷酸多态性研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 大骨节病（Kashin—Beckdisease，KBD）是一种慢性地方性畸形性骨关节病，严重危害病区广大人民群众健康。自1849年报道以来，历经160余年至今病因未明，既往曾提出多种病因假说，主要集中在环境低硒和粮食中T-毒素超常聚集上，这些学说可解释部分现象，但并不能解释所有病理变化，从而无法采取针对病因的一级防治措施。近年，自研究证实大骨节病具有家族聚集性以来，
