自体肋软骨多层拼接雕刻耳支架在小耳畸形耳廓成形术中的应用 被引量:6

Ear reconstruction using autologous rib cartilage ear framework by multi-layer spliced sculpture in microtiapatients

摘要 目的探索利用自体肋软骨多层拼接雕刻耳支架进行小耳畸彤耳廓成形术的临床效果。方法 自2010年2月至2011年5月,对29例单侧小耳畸形患者进行自体肋软骨4层拼接雕刻耳支架耳廓成形术。结果29例形成的外耳横突高度均一次性达到2cm,基本与对侧外耳横突高度一致.患者及其家心均满意。随访3~12个月,仅1例再造外耳横突高度明显降低,经寻问患耆.囚睡觉姿势术注意保护患侧再造外耳.导致形成的外耳经常受压所致。结论自体肋软骨多层拼接雕刻耳支架耳廓形成术临床效果好,可以使成形的外耳横实达到正常高度,从而避免在Ⅲ期予术时再次肋软骨移植以增加横突高度。 Objective To explore ear reconstruction using autologous rib cartilage ear frame- work by multi-layer spliced sculpture in microtia patients. Methods From Feb 2010 to May 2011, 29 microtia patients were subjected to ear reconstruction using autologous rib cartilage ear framwork by four-layer spliced sculpture. Results In one operation 29 patients achieved 2 cm transverse height of reconstructed ears which were basically coincidence with the normal side. Patents and their families were all satisfied with theresuhs. Follow up of 3-12 months showed that onlyl case reconstructed-ear height was significantly lower transverse process. ()wing to sleeping position, the patient did not pro- tect the reconstructed ear, leading to frequent reconstructed ear pressure. Conclusions The method of muhi-layer spliced sculpture autologous rib cartilage ear reconstruction has good clinical effect, h can make reconstructed ear reach nomal transverse height and avoid the third rib cartilage transplant oper- ation to continue increasing the transvers height.
