摘要
根据流体力学有限元理论 ,对新型可逆式动压推力轴承承载能力作了计算。同时考虑了轴瓦的热变形的影响。建立了最小油膜厚度、油楔角与承载力的关系曲线。并与未考虑热变形的曲线作了比较。建议在实际调整最小油膜厚度时需增加该值的 13 %左右 ,用来补偿热变形。
On the basis of finite el ement theory in fluid mechanics this pap er made a calculation on bearing capacit y of new typed hydrodynamic thrust beari ngs And at the same time the influence o f thermal deformation of bushing was con sidered It established curves of relatio nship on oil film thickness,oil wedge an gle with bearing ability and made a comp arison upon curves which didn’t take the rmal deformation into consideration We s uggest that the value of minimum oil fil m thickness need to be increased by abou t 13% while the thickness of oil film is being adjusted in order to make a compe nsation for thermal deformation.
