痤疮丙酸杆菌致病机制的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 痤疮是好发于青春期的一种慢性毛囊皮脂腺炎症性皮肤病,临床表现为粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿及瘢痕。其发病主要与性激素水平、皮脂大量分泌、痤疮丙酸杆菌增殖、毛囊皮脂腺导管的角化异常及炎症等因素有关。研究证实,
