摘要
在点啮合副误差与变异关系方程基础上,建立了蜗杆式齿轮整体误差测量的数学模型,采用解析手段对测量过程误差与变异关系进行数字仿真,研究啮合点位置变异及其对转角变异的影响,给出法向误差影响下啮合点位置变异及转角变异的解析式,并得出相关结论。
Based on error and variation relation equation of point contact pair, the mathematical model of worm pattern gear integrated error measuring is built. The error and variation relation in the course of measuring is emulated with the analytic ways, the effect of contact point position variation to angle variation is studied. The analytic equation of contact point position variation and angle variation affected by the error of tooth orientation is given, and the correlative conclusion is obtained.
