摘要 目的:评价体外皮肤移植法建立脂溢性角化病动物模型的可行性。方法:在裸鼠背部一侧掀起约10 mm×10 mm的全层皮瓣,将制备好的10 mm×10 mm的脂溢性角化病组织块移植于创面上。观察裸鼠移植的脂溢性角化病皮损的大体形态学变化,观察至1个月后将皮损切除行病理组织学检查,HE染色后观察皮损的组织形态学变化。结果:20只裸鼠中有15只出现了肉眼可见的脂溢性角化病样皮损(15/20,75%),组织学上与人脂溢性角化病的形态相一致。结论:体外脂溢性角化病皮损移植的裸鼠模型建模方法可靠,能比较真实地模拟脂溢性角化病的组织学形态,可为脂溢性角化病的研究提供平台。 Objective: To evaluate the feasibility in establishing seborrheic keratosis (SK) model in nude mice. Method: In one side of each nude mouse back, after a 10 mm × 10 mm - size full - thickness skin flap was pre- pared, a 10 mm ×10 mm- size biopsy specimen from SK patient was taken and transplanted into the mouse. The general morphological change of SK lesion in nude mouse was observed, after one month, the lesion was removed for histopathology examination with the HE staining, Results: In15 out of 20 nude mice tested, visible SK- like lesions were observed. The histological pictures were similar to human SK. Conclusion: The all- dermal flap transplanta- tion of SK lesion in nude mice is reliable. The histopathology can simulate SK in human, which provides a model for SK research.
