摘要
研究精密磨削以及超精研磨轴对称非球面模具中 ,磨削力和速度变化对加工表面精度的影响因素 ,提出一种使用软件技术对加工误差进行补偿控制以提高加工精度的方法。
This paper describes a new error compensating technology with software control in axisymmetric aspheric mould machining.Analyzing the effects of grinding force and wheel speed on surface quality and using the compensating method in precision grinding and super precision finishing,a high precision mould has been obtained.
