摘要
介绍了异质金属 Fe- Ni电阻点焊熔核形成过程的三维电、热学有限差分模型 ,提出了异质金属点焊过程导电、传热三维耦合作用的模拟方法、接触电阻分析方法和产热结构处理方法。模型中也考虑了随温度变化的材料性能以及各种边界冷却条件的影响 ,模拟过程分析了改善异质点焊接头的办法。数值模拟结果与实验吻合良好。该模型提供了一种有效的异质点焊过程理论的分析手段。
A three-dimensional finite difference electric-thermal models for resistance spot welding nugget process of dissimilar metal Fe-Ni is introduced. A simulation method of the interaction between electrical and thermal factors is presented. Meanwhile, calculation method of contact resistance and treatment method of heater structure is provided. The influence of the temperature dependent material properties and various cooling boundary conditions on welding process is also taken into account in the model. An improved method is analyzed on dissimilar joint by numerical simulation process. Experimental verification shows that the model prediction agrees well with the practice. The model provides a useful theoretical tool for analysing the resistance spot welding process for dissimilar metals.
