摘要
太空微重力环境不仅导致机体免疫功能下降,而且使某些病原菌的毒力、抗生素敏感性等方面发生改变。开展有关微重力条件下病原菌毒力及药物敏感性的研究对于航天环境下感染性疾病的预防和治疗有重要意义。
Microgravity in space not only causes the deterioration of the immune function of the body but also induces changes of the virulence and antibiotic sensitivity of some pathogenic bacteria. So it is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in space environment to study the virulence and antibiotic sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria under microgravity.
