肿瘤相关性膜性肾病 被引量：3

摘要 不同类型肾小球疾病可能与不同的恶性肿瘤相关,比如膜性肾病多与一些实体肿瘤如支气管肺癌、胃肠道肿瘤或前列腺癌/乳腺癌关系密切[1],肾微小病变多与霍奇金淋巴瘤相关[2],肾细胞癌患者伴IgA肾病较常见[3].局灶节段性肾小球硬化、膜增生性肾炎、新月体肾炎以及淀粉样变肾病等合并肿瘤的病例也有报道.这里对肿瘤相关性膜性肾病的临床特点、研究进展进行总结和分析,并对肿瘤相关性膜性肾病是否属于一种副肿瘤性肾病进行初步探讨.
