卵巢环状小管性索瘤(附3例报告及国内21例综合分析)

Sex Cord Tumor with Annular Tubules of Ovary

本文就24例(国內文献21例及本组3例)卵巢环状小管性索瘤进行分析,良性19例,恶性5例。主要临床表现为月经不规则,绝经后出血及性早熟。特征性的组织学结构为单纯性和复合性环状小管。另外,在19例良性中仅1例含实性巢状及条索结构。而5例恶性者均见条索及实性巢和分裂相。恶性者原发瘤切除后均见转移,但此瘤属低度恶性。对此瘤的组织发生及提示恶性的病理改变进行了讨论。

Twenty-four cases of sex cord tumor with annular tubules of the ovary were reviewed. Of these, 21 were collected from the Chinese literature, 3 from the authors' clinic.There were 19 benign and 5 malignant ones. The main clinical manifestations were irregular menstruation, postmenopousal bleeding, and sexual precocity. Histologically, simple and complex annular tubular formation is the most characteristic feature. Only one of the 19 benign cases contained the solid clusters and trabeculae of tumor cells while in the 5 malignant ones compacted tumor cells in trabeculae or sheet as well as mitosis have been found. Although this tumor belongs to a group of low malignancy metastases occurred in all the 5 cases classified as malignant after removal of the primary ovarian tumor.
