IL-13Rα2、VEGF和PTEN在星形细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:测定白细胞介素13受体α2(IL-13Rα2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和PTEN在星形细胞瘤中的表达,探讨三者与星形细胞瘤的临床病理学特征及生物学行为的关系,对预后进行评估。方法:采用免疫组化法对37例人脑星形细胞瘤石蜡标本中的IL-13Rα2、VEGF和PTEN的表达进行检测。结果:①IL-13Rα2、VEGF和PTEN在不同级别星形细胞瘤中的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义。②IL-13Rα2和VEGF的表达之间存在正相关关系,IL-13Rα2、VEGF分别与PTEN的表达之间存在负相关关系。③IL-13Rα2、VEGF和PTEN的表达在不同病人性别和肿瘤大小之间差异无统计学意义。结论:检测IL-13Rα2、VEGF和PTEN对判定肿瘤恶性程度有一定的临床意义,IL-13Rα2、VEGF和PTEN这三种因子在肿瘤发生、发展的作用机制上存在某种联系。 Objective: To determine the expression of IL-13Rα2, VEGF and PTEN inastrocytoma, to analyze the relationship among the expression of IL-13Rα2,VEGF and PTEN in astrocytoma with the clinical pathology and the biological behaviors of astrocytoma, and to evaluate the prognosis of astrocytoma. Methods: Applying SP immunohistochemical technique, Examination and statistical research were performed on the expression in 37 cases of astrocytoma. Results:(1)There was significant difference in IL-13Rα2, VEGF and PTEN expressions among the astrocytomas of different grades, (2)The expression of IL-13Rα2 was positively related to the expression of VEGF in human astrocytomas, but the expressions of IL-13Rα2 and VEGF were negatively related to the expression of PTEN in the astrocytomas. (3)The IL-13Rα2, VEGF and PTEN expressions were not significantly correlated with gender or tumor size. Conclusion: IL-13Rα2, VEGF and PTEN may serve as a biomarker of the astrocytoma malignancy and may be involved in the progression of astrocytoma. There is relationship between the expression of IL-13Rα 2, VEGF and PTEN and pathological gradation of human glioma.
