摘要
四氧化四银(Tetrasilver tetxoxide,Ag4O4)是一种具有活跃电子、反磁性和半导电性的分子晶体,可与表面裸露的蛋白质-N基(-NH,-NH2)和-S基(S-S,-SH)发生热力学吸附并触发氧化还原反应,改变微生物蛋白质构象而起到抑菌效果,具有潜在应用价值。为了开发基于纳米高价银氧化物的生物医用材料,采用软化学方法制得Ag4O4,并利用扫描电镜、纳米粒度与电位分析仪、X射线衍射仪、热分析仪和激光显微拉曼光谱仪对其理化性质进行了表征,利用抑菌圈法和液体光电比浊法对其抗菌性能进行了评价。结果表明,实验制备的四氧化四银性质完全符合预期,抗菌性能优良,为进一步研制抗菌性能良好的医用材料提供了有益借鉴。
Tetrasilver tetxoxide(Ag4O4 ) is one kind of molecular crystal with active electronics, diamagnetism and semi-conduction, Ag4 04 can change the microbial protein conformations by thermodynamic adsorption with bare protein -N base(NH unit,- NH2 ) and -S base(S-S,-SH) and triggering redox reaction. Thus Ag4O4 has potential ap- plications as antibacterial agent. In order to develop biomedical materials based on nano high valence silver oxide, nano Ag4O4 was prepared by soft chemical method, and its important physical and chemical properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), nano particle size and potential analyzer, X-ray diffraction measurement, ther- mal analyzer test and laser microscopic Raman spectrometer. In addition, its antibacterial performance was evaluated by the detection of inhibition zone and liquid light density. The results show that the properties of nano Ag4O4 pre- pared fully meet the expectation, and the antibacterial performance is excellent. The experimental result provides good reference for the further development of high antibacterial medical materials.
