摘要
研究了利用线阵CCD对远程位移激光检测的方法 ,设计了光路、信号处理电路 ,并通过实验验证了该方法的可行性。该检测手段成本相对较低 ,具有自动、连续在线检测 ,非接触 ,精度高的特点。
An measuring way of the displacement of long distance objects, which uses linear CCD sensor and laser, is studied. The optical circuit and the signal processing circuit are devised. And the possibility of the scheme is proved by the experiment. The automatic real time measurement is non contact and of high precision , and the coasting is comparative lower than other ways.
