摘要
新型硅基电池给研究者们带来了众多比传统晶硅电池更复杂的物理结构分析。为了更深入地了解太阳能电池的运行原理,多种数值模拟软件被广泛应用于设计优化电池光学、电学性能等。简述了太阳能电池数值模拟基本原理以及几种常用的模拟软件,重点阐述模拟计算在几种典型硅基电池中的应用。通过模拟结果的分析,总结了在新型硅基太阳电池设计中光学性能设计以及电学参数对其性能的影响,并适当提出进一步优化太阳能电池的方案。
The new generation of silicon solar cells comes up with more challenges on the physical mechanics in comparison with the conventional silicon cells. For a better insight into the working mechanics, numerical simulation is introduced to develop the new generational solar cells, optimizing both the optical and electrical characteristics. An overview of simulation software on solar ceils is firstly given with the correspondingly theoretical principles. After- wards, various simulation methods are applied to the practical silicon solar cells. The effect of either the optical or electrical parameters is analyzed in order to have a better performance of the new generational silicon solar cells.
