Research of Ceramic-based Materials for Hypersonic Missile Radomes

综述了高超音速导弹天线罩用陶瓷基材料的研究进展,简述了高超音速导弹天线罩材料性能要求,从氮化硅基材料、氧化硅基材料、磷酸盐基材料等方面介绍了高超音速导弹天线罩用陶瓷基材料的研究现状,包括材料选择、制备技术和加工工艺等,指出了高超音速导弹天线罩材料的发展方向。

The development of ceramic-based materials for hypersonic missile radomes is reviewed. The re- quired properties are introduced for hypersonic missile radomes. Besides, the research of ceramic-based materials, such as silicon nitride, silica, phosphate is emphasized, including the material systems, preparation and processing technology. At last, the prospects of materials for hypersonic missile radomes are also put forward.
