摘要 SiO2载药微球由于具有良好的热稳定性、生物相容性和无毒无刺激等优点,近年来在医药、化妆品及化工分析等领域受到了普遍关注。对于一定化学组成的载药微球,其微结构对载药稳定性、药物释放行为等都有重要影响,不同微结构的载药微球制备方法也有所不同,根据微球结构和药物在微球中分布的不同,SiO2载药微球可分为基质型、核壳型、多核型和复合型。主要按照载药微球结构的不同,综述了各类微球的制备、药物释放特点及其在生物医学领域的应用。目前,通过调控SiO2载药微球的结构和组成以实现功能的多样性以及药物释放的精确调控是其发展的一个重要方向。 In recent years, drug loaded SiO2e microspheres have attracted lots of attention in the field of bio- medicine, cosmetics and chemical analysis because of their good biocompatibility, low-irritation and low cost. For mi- erospheres with certain chemical composition, their structures play an important roles in the drug-loading and drug re- leasing. Microspheres with different micro-structure were prepared differently. According to the micro-structure and the distribution of drug in the microspheres, they can be briefly divided into four types: matrix, core-shell, polynuc- lear and composite. The preparation, drug release characteristics and application of the drug-loaded SiO2 microspheres are reviewed based on these different types. To achieve multi-functionality and precise control release of drug-loaded SiO2 microspheres by control of the micro-structure and composition has shown an attractive prospect.
