热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的不同分子结构对热性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 制备了软段结构为聚醚型和聚酯型的两种热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU),再分别以其为原料共聚和共混,制得了两种不同分子结构的TPU,并研究了其分子结构的改变对热性能的影响。研究结果表明,软段结构既有聚醚型又有聚酯型的共聚物(C-TPU)的热分解温度为331℃(热失重5%时),而它们共混得到的B-TPU的热分解温度为319℃;C-TPU的耐热性较高,并且具有较好的微相分离。 Two types of thermoplastic polyurethanes(TPUs) with different molecular structures were obtained in blend and copolymerization from polyether-TPU and polyestewTPU. The thermo stability influenced by their mo lecular structures were also studied. It is indicated that the temperature of 5% mass lose of C-TPU with both po- lyether and polyester as soft segment is 331℃,while B-TPU obtained in blend 319℃. The thermal stability of C TPU was improved obviously as well as its degree of microphase separation.
