十八烷基伯胺对钙基蒙脱土的有机改性研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用十八伯胺改性钙基蒙脱土(MMT)制备出有机MMT。研究了十八伯胺用量、乙酸加入量和改性时间对改性的影响,采用活化指数、接触角对蒙脱土的有机改性效果进行评价,借助红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对MMT改性前后的结构进行了分析。结果表明,当十八伯胺用量为4%、乙酸用量为8%(质量分数)、改性时间为4h时,蒙脱土的改性效果相对最好。红外光谱和XRD显示,伯胺已进入到蒙脱土层间,使蒙脱土层间距从0.979nm增至1.676nm。 Organic montmorillonite(OMMT) was prepared by modifying Ca-bentonite using octadecylamine The influence of the amount of octadecylamine and acetic acid and modification time on the modification effect was studied. Activation index and wrapping angle were applied to evaluate the effect of organic modification. Infrared spec-- troscopy(FT 1R) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to analyse the structure of modified MMT. The results indi- cate that good modification is obtained with octadeeylamine dosage 4wt%, acetic acid consumption 8wt%, modifica- tion time 4h. FT--1R and XRI) analyses show that layer spacing of MMT was intercalated by octadeeylamine and in- creased from 0. 979nm to 1. 676nm.
