介绍了微型机器人、微型机电系统的概念，以及国内外管道微型机器人的发展状况。
MEMS is an important developing trend of modern science and technology and Microrobotics is a vital branch of MEMS. In foreign countries, the research of MEMS is thought highly of and great achievements have been made in it. Microrobots in pipes have the prospect to be widely used in many places. We have begun the research of microrobots and have made some achievements.
