摘要
为了解三品一条枪(简称三品)外用于宫颈对患者遺传物质的影响,本文观察了三品锥切治疗前后宫颈早期癌及重度间变患者外周淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率。结果:平均SCE频率(SCEs/cell)治疗前组为7.79±1.23(16例) ;治疗一周组为8.05±1.90(17例,接触三氧化二砷64mg);治疗6周组为7.88±1.68(15例,接触三氧化二砷192~256mg),治愈后随访组为8.72±1.43(15例,曾接触三氧化二砷320~768mg)。四组间SCE频率未见显著差异(P>0.05)。这可能是由于该药在血中浓度低微且无蓄积作用,或许该药于上述浓度下在人体内染毒不能诱发SCE增加。三品是否存在其他的遗传毒性效应尚待继续研究。
In order to investigate the impact of arsenic contained in the Chinese drug 'Sanpinyitiaoqiang' used in the treatment of cervix cancer or dysplasia on the genetics of patients treated, frequency of sister chromatid exchange (SCE) in lymphocytes was determined. The average SCE frequencies (SCEs/cell) were 7.79±1.23 in pretreated group (16 cases), 8.05±1.90 in the group on treatment for one week (17 cases, the arsenic exposure dosage 64 mg), 7.88±1.68 in the group under treatment for six weeks (15 cases, the arsenic exposure dosage 192-256 mg), and 8.72±1.43 in posttreatment group (15 cases, the arsenic exposure dosage 320-768 mg). No significant differences in SCE frequencies were found among the four groups (P>0.05%). It might be accounted for by low concentrations of arsenic in the patients blood in the first place and secondly by the fact that 'Sanpin' does not affect genetics at all.
